New versions of NBC regulations

In accordance with the decisions of the conference we have changes in the following regulations:

•  new version of the NBC International Sports Rules (v5.04). Effective from 1st July 2021.
•  new version of the Code of Honour (v 2.0)
•  new version of the Statute
